2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean, with easy access to the beach. The land abuts a 10 mile paved trail along the coast. Excellent whale watching, good surfing , and plenty of wildlife. Fun to watch a osprey w/ a fish or deer nibbling on the grass. Cool ocean breeze is the best as temps in summer and fall typically 64° highs n 48° lows. Virgin Beach is right out the fence with good surfing n sand. There is path from the property to the "Haul Road" where lumber used to be hauled to a mill. This path is closed to cars, but you can walk, bike, or skateboard. If you go north you'll find McKerricker State Park, which has a nice boardwalk. Go south about 2 miles and you'll end up in the town of Fort Bragg. Dogs are welcome here.Park your trailer on our acreage. Only 1 group per visit, so have it to yourself. Free n fast WiFi ! There is level parking in a grassy area w/ ocean views. Hear the waves n smell the salt air. The land has a clear path to the beach. At the end of the property is a 10 mile long walking trail that runs north and south along the Pacific Ocean w/ great beach n water access n ocean vistas. This is in Fort Bragg, CA, approx. 100 miles north of San Francisco. Bikes, n skateboards allowed on this trail, just no motorized cars. You can go north to MacKerricher state beach or go south and end up in the town of Fort Bragg. There is a small cabin on the property that is being renovated, so it’s closed n not used.

2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean
oversold, a little creepy! having someone in main house next door but never seen. not well kept, a lot of poorly maintained out buildings surrounded by heaps of scrap lumber etc. On the positive side, short walk to the ocean and close Mac Kerricher Park! quiet, got a good night sleep!

Excellent location, a short walk to the ocean. Easy to find and excellent communication from Susan made for a wonderful stay. Would recommend, would stay again. Plus I found about 20 pieces of Sea glass on the beach.

2.5 acres on the Pacific Ocean
Campsite as described, nice mostly level grassy area with deck in front of cabin. Five minutes from Hwy 1 with gated entry and on west side of property easy walk to bike path and Virgin Creek Beach. You will see some homes and neighbors but campsite close enough to the ocean to not hear much but the waves on the shore. Lots of birds and a rabbit or two. Susan was a helpful host. I hope to visit her property again.

Camping with Ocean Access
I loved camping here! The views were amazing and the solitude was incredible. We only say one other person at the beach in three days. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Love, love, love this place!
It was my 3rd stay at Susan’s property and it was as magical as always! I stayed for nearly 2 weeks and was able to run off solar the entire time. With MacKerricher park minutes away it was so easy to go dump & refill my tanks as needed. Susan is a fantastic host that genuinely loves to share her amazing property with people who value it.
