Big enough for full size RV or pull behind trailers. Very level, graveled area. You can literally pull in and start to recharge. Property is located in a gravel road association. So great for bicycele, horses or ATVs. Neighbors request 20miles or below to keep dust down. Gorgeous view into the valley below. Lots to see and do in the area so would be a great base camp for local exploration.Just 6 miles from I-5 in Cottonwood, CA between Red Bluff and Redding. Location in Shasta Cascade Farms Assoc. 20 acre parcels. Limited neighbors nearby. Just off gravel, well maintained road. Great stop over to rest or base camp to explore the local area.
