Wake up to bird songs and wildflowers, fall asleep to the distant sound of waves hitting Kellogg Beach. Ossia Village Farm is a 5-acre collaborative homestead on a retired hydrangea farm. Enjoy the on-site U-Pick veggie and flower gardens, bike to the beach or the Smith river, drive 10 minutes to the Redwoods, schedule a lesson with our resident surf instructor. Amenities include flushing toilets, drinking water, electric hot water kettle, camp kitchen (bring your own stove and dishes), charcoal grill, tub and shower. Please contact host for access to washer and dryer.

Gardenside Van Campsite

A dreamy spot to use as base camp to explore the surrounding forest and coastline. Dar was especially warm and welcoming, providing us with a tour of the property and they even taught us how to feed the animals (Kevin is particularly sassy). Really thankful for the access to hot water, drinking water and a shower. Would definitely stay here again.

I would 100% recommend staying here for a perfect spot near Redwoods State/National park. The host, Dar, was so friendly and helpful during our stay. He recommended and provided us with so much to do in the Redwoods and on the farm. Their land is so stunning! I’m excited to come back!

Gardenside Van Campsite

This place is a serene retreat. The animals, flowers, various gardens, vibes, and greenhouse make this place such a cool spot to camp! The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating and it was such a fun stay for me. Dar is extremely knowledgeable about all the plants and homesteading and even let me help with some of the gardening. There is plenty to do nearby and walking the gardens and venturing into the redwoods is a must when staying here!

Ossia Village Farm Camping Field

Such a wonderful place.

Ossia Village Farm is a fun place to stay. Dar, the host, is very cool and was generous with his knowledge of the area. The tent sites were spread out nicely on the large property and we had nice amount of privacy. A good vibe all around except for the weird siren from a nearby prison (which was brought to our attention prior to going to sleep). It didn't last long and made us grateful that we were in such a cool place. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

Dar was so amazing! He shared some farm fresh duck eggs and homemade bread and showed us all the fun projects he’s working on. We felt very welcomed and loved all the flowers and gardens!

This was such a fun place to camp! Getting to feed the cows was definitely the highlight. Our host, Dar, was very kind and welcoming, he made us feel right at home. My friends and I all really enjoyed camping here :)
