The yurt is equipped with a unique homebiogas system that covert's waste into all natural cooking gas. This cozy yurt is located just 7 miles outside of awe-inspiring Joshua Tree National Park, with open mountain views of Rattle Snake Canyon. Surrounded by BLM land, and OHV trails. This is the perfect spot to bring your dirt bikes, side by sides, all the toys with plenty of parking space. Let the stars take your breath away as this spot is extra dark and perfect for stargazing. On moonless nights you can capture the milky way easily through a phone camera. This yurt was built with love and keeping the environment in mind. It runs completely off solar, and HomeBioGas. We provide plant safe soaps, detergents, shampoo's etc. so that all water can be recycled back into the land for plants and animals. You can feel good about your stay and know you are reducing your carbon footprint by choosing an experience like this. As soon as you enter you feel the yurt relaxed and cozy vibe. Some have even described it as magical. With incredible vaulted ceilings and a center piece dome that allows you to view the stars while laying in bed. You really get the full Tarzan experience when you climb the stairs to the bedroom loft that over looks the entire yurt below. Yurt, Sweet Yurt
We had an incredible weekend staying at the yurt! It was the perfect romantic getaway with a cozy interior and all the accommodations and amenities we needed. The attention to detail really made for an unforgettable off-the-grid glamping experience. We’d love to come back and stay here next time we’re in Joshua Tree.
