New Carpati Farm is a family farm and homestead that welcomes visitors! It is characterized by a view that goes for miles, overlooking evergreen fields along the Laguna Santa Rosa. Features of the Property: - Open fields - A barn with a mural of its residents: two Alpacas and 7 Jacob Sheep - A flower farm featuring magnificent Dahlias - A Treehouse - Several Camping Sites under trees or in the sun - A Glamping Tent - A hot tub tucked way in the trees New Carpati Farm is 8-10 minutes from downtown Sebastopol towards Highway 101, a great base to explore Sonoma County, from Bodega Bay to the Redwoods of Occidental, The Russian River, Healdsburg, and Petaluma. Hiking is great all year long. Quaint towns like Sebastopol, Petaluma, and Santa Rosa are nearby. The ocean is 30 minutes to the west and Sonoma and Napa wine country are 45-60. We hope to host you in this lovely place!The Treehouse is tucked away near the property's edge overlooking miles of grassland. It is accessible by a 2 minute walk and spiral staircase, so I would say its for the adventurous type! Upstairs you’ll find a spacious interior with huge windows and two exterior decks interlaced in the oak trees. Inside is a desk, full size bed, and incredible view.

The Birdhouse
We had so much fun at the birdhouse! We wanted a last-minute trip and niko was totally accomodating. The cabin itself is thoughtfully arranged and very cute, stars are very visible through the big window at night. Lots to love about the birdhouse and would stay again.

The Birdhouse
We had a wonderful and cozy time at the birdhouse. We loved the amazing view and it was clean and had some modern conveniences like power and phone charging jacks. The animals were adorable and Niko was a friendly and responsive host. The spot had a good heater and was very warm. I woke up early and enjoyed the view of the sunrise from the hammock. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our visit to the Birdhouse - it was a magical place to stay! Niko’s directions were super clear, and everyone we met on the land was very friendly & helpful.

Wonderful stay ❤️
I truly enjoyed my all too brief stay up in the super charming Bird House. Couldn't help but feel the sweet vibe of just being there taking in the incredibly expansive views across the beautiful Laguna area. Thanks VERY much for the awesome experience!!

The Birdhouse
We loved the Birdhouse! The treehouse structure is delightful, with large windows and full of other small touches that amplify the feeling of being in nature. We loved watching turkeys crossing the fields in late afternoon and waking up to small songbirds in the branches of the tree surrounding us. The farm’s two alpacas and small herd of sheep were, of course, adorable. The instructions given for accessing the unit were detailed; we had no issues finding the place. The bed was so comfortable that we accidentally fell back asleep after our alarm! All in all, a cute little place for a quick trip out of town that’s been fun to talk about with our family and friends.
