20 acres in total. 5 acres are "developed" providing 6 Full Hook-up R/V sites. There are another 15 acres "out back." (undeveloped, sand dunes and seclusion if desired..... easy 4wd access.)
ALL developed sites are available for dry OR full hookup. $45/night dry camping or $55/night full hook-up for up to four guests....add $10per person over 4 people.
Spaces 2 thru 6 will accommodate trailers/RVs of any length.....or tents of course. (Space 1, being the exception because it is a difficult back-in (on the "blind side") and drive-out. However, single unit, Class A, B, C....Vans, Truck Campers, Motor homes, etc up to 45', no problem.
1/2 acre lake (no fish), zip line, rowboats, pedal boats, paddle boards. Outside bar/rec area.....pool table, ping-pong, darts, etc. Rustic restroom (flush toilet) and shower, coin-op washer and dryer, and "upper deck" star-gazing and desert observation patio.
When choosing a camp site, Please use the "A" to "F" suffix in addition to the
numeric space Number. Example:
Space 1-A : Dry Camping, Tent, RV class A,B,C of any length, or SMALL teardrop. 4 guest total. $45/night.
Space 1-B: Same as above..... Dry Camping.....but 5 guests. $55/night.
Space 1-C: Same as above.....Dry Camping.....but 6 guests. (Max) $65/night.
Space 1-D: Full Hook-Up.....up to 4 guests. $55/night
Space 1-E: Full Hook-Up.....5 guests. $65/night
Space 1-F: Full Hook-Up.....6 guests (Max) $75/night
(Again, Space #1 is the only one that is restrictive in regard to trailer length.
Spaces 2 thru 5 are Drive-Through, and Space 6 is easily Drive-In/Back-out.)
