We are a 400 acre ranch nestled in the mountains of Shasta County. There is a mile long creek that runs through the property. We have multiple hot spring pools ranging in various temperatures. Dry and overland campsites available. Activities: Boating, hiking, kayaking, 4x4, mountain bike, and fishing.Sleep under the stars and become one with Mother-Nature. Pitch your tent, take a swim, go fishing in the river or soak in our natural hot springs. Pick a spot on the hillside or down near the creek in your RV. Plenty of things to do on and off the property. Some areas of campgrounds require 4x4 access.

Not private but great hot springs!
We traveled from the East Bay using Waze, which led us north of the location and down a 45+ mile unpaved, rocky road, adding 2 hours to our trip. **Do not use Waze** for directions. If you have a lifted 4x4 and don’t mind the extra travel time, it might be fine, but it’s not the easiest route. The campsite we chose was clean, near a running stream, and close to the gate entrance. A clean portable restroom is just a minute’s walk from the camp. There are also more secluded sites tucked into the trees on the left for those seeking privacy. One thing to note: the public accesses the hot springs through the gate. Despite signs saying "Reserved Guests Only," many people walked by our camp throughout the day, which made us a bit uneasy. We expected only fellow campers to use the hot springs, but that wasn’t the case. On the drive home, we took the normal road and then the highway toward Redding. The abandoned, graffiti-covered cars along the way might be off-putting, but the hot springs are worth the trip—especially if you have them to yourselves. Pros: - Would stay again. - Would camp in the trees to avoid public crowds. - Recommend visiting the hot springs earlier in the day before they get busy. Great host, and sorry for the confusion when we got lost—our GPS failed us, doh!

Whatever you do make sure you follow directions given by host through Redding as Google maps took us miles through sketchy logging road and took hours longer .. host was super nice guy and easy to communicate with .. the pools were super nice too but also open to the public so you could have random people walking through the property anytime of day or night

It’s a great spot, definitely overpriced for just a port a potty and a couple of picnic tables and benches, but it’s still a work in progress. He has nice plans for things to come. Our friends that oftentimes camp with us would need a water source but our van has plenty of water storage so we were fine. Also, the area is very remote and feels a bit creepy when coming in at dusk but the hot springs made it all worth while. We stayed two nights, only one other camper was there the second night, and we thoroughly enjoyed a quiet relaxing stay.
