Welcome to River Willow, our sweet 1950's cabin on beautiful Kern River in Sequoia National Forest and foothills of the southern Sierra Nevada Mountains. Located in the quiet, quaint neighborhood of Riverkern, 3 miles from the Old West town of Kernville. An idyllic setting perfect for couples or small families. Includes Cedar Hot Tub, Dogs OK, EV Charger, Full Kitchen and Laundry. PROPERTY: Our property lies on 1 acre surrounded by mountains and lush vegetation. The Kern River runs year-round at the edge of our property. Explore the area, sit on the deck, relax by the river or follow a foot path where you’ll have access to the private neighborhood Bubbles Beach for swimming and fishing. Endless fun! Cedar Hot Tub and Outdoor Shower on back deck. CABIN: Inside the cabin you'll find thoughtful design and furnishings. It's been carefully appointed for your comfort and convenience. Plugin or unplug – the choice is yours! Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with locally roasted ground coffee, back deck with binoculars and rocking chairs, curated reading library, wood burning fireplace, central air/heat and good Wifi. Includes outdoor essentials: propane BBQ, float tubes, SUP, backpack, life jackets, lantern, sand toys, beach chairs, blankets and towels. Fire wood for available for sale $8/bundle, pay on phone. We also have an EV Level 2 Charger in the driveway for your car - pay by phone. All the coolest, modern amenities - like a resort stay! Downstairs has Main Bedroom with a Queen bed. 2nd Bedroom: Twin XL bed. Loft Bedroom with a stair/ladder entry has a Full bed and Twin sofa bed. Downstairs has a Full Bathroom with a tub/shower. Additional 1/2 bathroom is off Main Bedroom. Please note, No Bathroom in Loft. POLICIES: 1. Guest MUST accept the Rental Agreement and Contact Form that'll be emailed after booking. 2. Pets: Well-behaved and house-trained allowed with pre-approval. 2 dogs maximum. $60 fee/stay. Please tell us about your pet. 3. Extra Guests above 5 fee at $50/night. 4. No outdoor fires or fireworks allowed (propane BBQ and indoor fireplace are ok) 5. No events, parties, photoshoots without prior Owner approval. We have a Nest camera pointed at driveway to ensure only registered Guests are on the property. PLEASE ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS when booking: 1.
