Don’t camp here if they have a silent retreat going on.... Call first to check your dates

Beautiful park with lots of nice campsites, and lots of Joshua trees! All the sites seemed to have a lot to offer - good energy, beautiful landscapes, some had picking tables and some had rock sculptures. The staff was very friendly to us and their bathrooms were very nice and clean. There was only one toilet and two showers when we were there so it could get a little crowded if there’s a lot of people camping. There is definitely a bit of road noise, but the location is so central to everything we didn’t mind. It’s just 3 minutes from the town of Joshua tree so we loved being able to dip out for coffee and breakfast in the morning. A great stay!

Great atmosphere especially if you’re into yoga and meditation. Quiet campground with clean restrooms and showers.

As a Michigander and not used to the weather be prepared to have plenty of water for throughout the day! Also make sure to wake up before sunrise to take in some scenic views...as well as sunsets, of course.
