Everything you need. Water, electricity, nice shower, and community areas with a fire pit, cornhole, and games. The sink for washing dishes is a nice touch too. Would definitely stay again.

This is a nice little spot about 15 minutes from Joshua Tree NP. The grounds are really clean and well kept. They had showers with hot water(2 total), regular toilets, a sink area to do dishes, fire pits and a common area for guests. I think they even had a laundry room too, but we didn’t use it.
If you are a tent camper, bring shade with you. The tent spots are fully exposed. There are only about 4 or 5 tent spots. Everything else is RV/Trailer spots. We had an issue with the wind (it was VERY windy) when we arrived so we ended up sleeping in the bed of my truck. Two people managed to get their all season tents up. Unfortunately, my Walmart tent ended up catching wind and turned into a giant kite. Lol Plan ahead with a back up shelter option.
This place also backs up to a community center with a playground and basketball courts. It was a nice bonus we got to play at the playground before bed.
The host is very nice and even came out to greets us when we arrived and was available for questions.
If you’re looking for a chill base camp in the desert, this is the place.
