WELCOME PLEASE READ! Overnight parking and Rest Stop on South Highway One. One vehicle only, Car, Pickup Truck, Small Van, Motorcycle are Welcome. Private road and shared picnic area for One of Two Parking Spots. Walk to beach bluffs 10 minutes. Potable water. Bathrooms. Fire pit and wood and picnic table (shared area) Tents okay. An abundance of seasonal wildflowers and wild berries Year round. Observe rare. Species of birds Close walk to town for shopping and festivals. ********************************************* Next to FARM horses and chickens. Ocean may be loud. Highway may be heard. No pets please. No towable Trailers or RVs over 20 feet. Noise curfew is sundown. No parties in this location. Check in after 2pm Check out is noon.

HMB Highway Overnight Rest Stop
Just as advertised and expected. Close to beautiful beaches and downtown. Clean and regularly maintained porta potty. Road noise dies down in the evening and it’s a great little spot. Driveway is dirt/grass so might be slippery in the wet, but we had zero issues in our 2wd Sprinter. Cynthia was easy to contact, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

HMB Highway Overnight Rest Stop
Convenient location. Clean bathroom and well kept yard. We enjoyed the little fire pit. Close drive to downtown and plenty of beaches.

#2 HMB Highway Overnight Rest Area
The two parking spots are actually one large spot- we ended up sharing the campfire area with a different group who booked the other spot, which was akward. The spots did not have an ocean view like advertised, and were right off of the busy road. Did not feel secluded at all. Spots were also right next to a horse stable, so it smelled like manure.

The site has two listings, one that accommodates an RV up to 30 feet and one that does not. The access is a little steep for an RV coming off the highway to the spot. Otherwise, the site was as expected with a very nice walk to the bluffs and beach
