Beautiful wooded lot with privacy. Wonderful deck overlooking Rock Canyon Hiking Trail. Three driveways coming in the front and one back driveway. Lots of parking. Only a 5 minute walk down to the lake and swim beach. Horseshoe pit, outdoor basketball hoop, indoor basketball arcade, Connect 4, Cornhole, lawn dice, and outdoor giant Jenga. Two children's playgrounds, and tennis courts are only a 5 minute walk. Fisherman's Cove for fishing and picnicking is only a 7 minute walk from the house. Only 25 miles to the Yosemite Gate!Beautiful, comfortable, and cozy 1800 sf newly remodeled modern cabin located 25 miles or 30 minutes from the western Big Oak Flat Entrance to Yosemite National Park. It is a beautiful drive and only another 30 minutes from the entrance down to Yosemite Valley. Just to clarify, the property sits on a .45 acre lot and not a 1 acre lot but is very private. Beautiful stone floor to ceiling gas remote start fireplace. Wonderful deck with firepit and barbecue. There are lots of trees and privacy on a large wooded lot.
The deck looks out at Rock Canyon Hiking Trail right across the road. It is a 5 minute walk down to the swim beach and lake out the front door. It is a 5 minute walk out the back door to the tennis courts and 7 minutes to Fisherman's Cove at the lake, which is for picnics and fishing. There are 2 nice children's parks within a 5 minute walk of the cabin. There is an outdoor basketball hoop and a horseshoe pit.
There are several family games such as a basketball arcade in the garage, cornhole, lawn dice, connect 4, and giant Jenga. There are also lots of board games and DVD movies. There is YouTube TV, Disney+, and Netflix.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cabin with a modern gourmet kitchen. The bunk room has queen over queen bunk beds with a single trundle bed that slides out from the bottom bunk. There is also a futon that folds down in the bunk room. There is also a futon that folds down in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom and the guest bedroom both have queen-size beds. The house sleeps 9 guests comfortably, and 2 families with children can share this large and comfortable space. We also have a pack and play for an infant. The infant does not count against the 9-person limit.
Looking for a great Christmas cabin? Our cabin will be beautifully decorated from the day after Thanksgiving until after New Years! We put up 2 Christmas trees, one in the great room and one in the sunroom! It is cozy and decorated, so cute with all the bears and Christmas decorations. You and your family will love it!
