Tree studded campsites with large view of the ocean. Not far off Hwy 1. Many beaches to choose from a few miles away. Close to Anchor Bay, Gualala and Point Arena. Large secluded sites with picnic tables and plenty of room to pitch a tent. Porta potty and potable water available. Great place to get away. Please note ticks are always prevalent on the coast and Spring time there are more of them please make sure you and your dog are protected.

Beautiful views!
We had a great time and enjoyed our camp site. The directions were clear. You can view the ocean from all three sites, but site 3 has the least amount of ocean view. The bathroom and kitchen sink were clean, however it was not clear if the sink water was potable so we ended up buying water (a sign would be helpful). We would stay again! Thank you

Road trip camping
Had a great time camping on Susan's land. We got in pretty late after a long day of driving and it was very easy to find the site following the posted signs. Campsite and toilets were clean and well maintained. And soooo many stars to stare at! We were lucky to find any campsite on labor day weekend and especially lucky to find one all to ourselves. Thanks Susan for putting together such a great site.

Great spot! We rented out the entire place for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The view is just unbelievable. The sink/kitchen area was awesome as we were able to set it up just how liked it for the whole weekend. It was a perfect communal kitchen. The location is convenient, it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but Gualala is not too far and has a very nice grocery store. The only thing that we didn’t love about the place were the porta-potties, which had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, and were downright awful by our last night there (3 nights total). But the location of the potties is good and it’s nice that there are two. There was also smelly garbage from the previous campers that had not been emptied before we arrived. There was still plenty of room for us to throw our own things away and we just moved the smelly can father away from the kitchen area. All in all, a great spot that I would recommend highly and would definitely book again!

Sublime Views
Our stay at this campsite was absolutely stunning! The natural beauty of the forest overlooking the coast was breathtaking, and the wild wind added an exhilarating touch to our adventure. My daughter and I were on a mother-daughter camping trip, and the serene surroundings brought the world of the Warriors books we’re reading to life. We were immersed in the magic of the forest, and the ocean view was simply sublime. The sunsets here are something you must see to believe – they were some of the most unbelievable we’ve ever witnessed. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return! While the port-a-potty situation was initially a bit of a mixed bag, with one being spotless and the other less so, the issue was swiftly addressed by the host within an hour of bringing it to their attention. Their quick response was much appreciated, and it didn’t dampen our overall experience. Overall, this campsite is a gem in Gualala, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking to reconnect with nature and enjoy some incredible coastal views. We will definitely be back!

Fine overall for a night stay with a dog. There is a very steep driveway up to the campsites that our van barely made it up. Would be fine in an suv.

This site is pretty open and not private at all. If you are renting out all three sites for a group, it would be pretty lovely. If you would like a nice view of the ocean, rent site number one. But there is no walking distance to the beach from here. Be prepared to drive. The site was level enough for my teardrop trailer and check-in was very easy. Porta potty was clean.
