Sky Camp is like a home without walls, offering panoramic desert views that will take your breath away. The camp is situated high on the hills of the Bartlett Mountain Range and offers great views of Joshua Tree National Park, just minutes away.  Our eclectic offerings include four individual campsites with picnic tables, charcoal grills, fire pits, and of course, art. We also provide an outdoor shower (cold water) and bathroom with a flushing toilet and sink, and a large, covered, concrete patio equipped with a picnic table, a large charcoal grill, a wood burning stove, and a comfortable seating area. The Big-Rig Lounge offers shelter in inclement weather, and the Sky Swing is a perfect place to snuggle up and star-gaze. Art installations can be enjoyed all around the campground. Space is plentiful for parking and spreading out at each campsite. Campsites can be reserved individually, or groups (up to 12 people) can reserve the entire campground. PLEASE NOTE, IF YOUR GROUP IS BOOKING MORE THAN 2 SITES, YOU MUST RESERVE THE ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. Contact us for group pricing and availability. If you're camping in a camper van or small trailer, campsite #4 was made just for you, just keep in mind there are no hook-ups.  Sky Camp is surrounded with open space and situated next to BLM land. There are endless outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking, biking, bouldering, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, dark starry nights, and quiet solitude. The village of Joshua Tree is only a few miles down the road and offers unique options for dining and shopping.       SKYCAMP was amazingly beautiful campground. We booked the entire campground for our annual Labor Day camping with our friends. I really enjoyed the view (stars at night & Sunrise). Loved the outside shows so much! Thank you♡

      Beautiful sky views
      This place was absolutely amazing! The set up is perfect!! I wish we could have stayed longer but that just means we will be back! Great location near Joshua Tree National Park. Its also very peaceful to hang out here above the desert. I recommend bringing a shade tent of some sort if you want to hang out at your site rather than the common area. Luckily we had Site #4 that has a tree that provides light shade. I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be back!

      Loved camping at sky camp!
      We absolutely loved camping here at sky camp! The site is really, cool- lots of space, beautiful views, peace and quiet and unique touches with art pieces, outdoor shower, a cool swing and giant seesaw and lots more. We stayed 2 nights tent campingand really enjoyed it here. It’s close by Joshua tree so spent a day in the park and it’s also near the Integration which we went to for a sound bath and loved it. The campsite has really nice touches and it was fun listening and watching birds, watching the night sky and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend and want to come back! Thank you Kimberly!

      wonderful camping experience
      First time camping by myself!! Great shower, nice bathroom with fancy handsoap. Magical views. Was very windy, wasn’t prepared for that. The tent held up however! Had some amazing dreams and feel recharged. Might come back again!

      Skycamp is SPECTACULAR.
      I'll say it again: Skycamp is SPECTACULAR. This place is a MUST! Beautiful views, spacious camping sites, awesome art, and wonderfully kept! The giant sea saw is too cool. Just go camp here. Do it.
