It has a very nice overlooking place to hangout 5 min. Away going to the river and stores has a water that you can use and portable toilet and trashcan. this place is for the people how love disperse camping and love of offloading. Brian is a very nice and cool knowledgeable guy he give us a tour Around the whole campground riding his offroad go cart and for sure we come back this place again.

Brian's place was great! He was very responsive to text. The directions and 'sign' on his gate made it very clear I was in the right area. His property had a little bit to offer for whatever kind of camping you wanted, backpacking, basecamp with a group or even a trailer! The location is great its close to fuel resturants and grocery stores. I will definitely be staying again!

Close to town with views!
We loved staying at Brian's place in Coloma! Plenty of space to spread out and choose from. Glad to have had 4 wheel drive for getting up the semi-steep gravel driveway. I travel to the Coloma area a lot for whitewater rafting and will definitely be back!

The property was pretty, on a hill with a good view. A large campsite which is nice, very pretty stars. There needs to be more in depth instructions, finding the property was extremely hard as its quite hidden and the instructions were unclear. Also, there wasn't a mention you need 4 wheel drive so we ended up having to tow our cars after waiting a really long time. The bathrooms were also far from the sites and we never found the water even though all 6 of us looked where he told us it was supposed to be. The owner was quite responsive at first when we couldn't find the property and was helpful but eventually stopped responding when our cars were stuck and left us stressed with two cars that couldn't move and no water. Once he arrived to help tow the cars, he was nice and apologetic.

Great views of the hills and river from the upper sites along with good shade and seclusion at the lower sites. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying again the next time we’re in the area.
