Coastal Forest Farm is a 13-acre family farm. The farm is complete
with a seasonal pond, open pastures, and a forest. The forest includes
ferns, a variety of mushrooms (please don't touch them unless you are knowledgable about mushrooms), flowers, and mossy-covered
old-growth Sitka trees. At night you can hear the sounds of the ocean nearby
and the frogs in the forest.Private, wooded area available for fully contained RVs, travel trailers, and campers. Hipcampers MUST have own bathroom/toilet, there are no bathroom accommodations at site. There is only 1 site, so it’s perfect for a peaceful getaway with beautiful large trees and coastal sunsets. The campsite is fully fenced to allow children and pets to roam safely. This spot is also ideal for outdoor enthusiasts with Lake Earl Wildlife area (the largest freshwater coastal lagoon in California ) located across the street, Kellogg Beach and Tolowa Dunes State Park located within a couple of miles. The ocean’s close enough that you can hear the waves at night. Smith River and Jedidiah Smith Redwoods State Park are just a short 5-10 minute drive for hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, sunning, and other fresh water fun. So bring your kayaks, bikes, surfboards, walking shoes, hammocks, or anything else to enjoy all the beauty and adventure the Northern California Coast has to offer.
