We would live right here!
Gorgeous space. We stay up a bit, away from main space. Epic sunset from our spot every night. Amazing.

Great place with alot of potential!
Nice place to experience dispersed camping, luckily Daniel provided a porta potty and picnic tables for his guests.. makes sure his guests are well situated. The land has lots of potential for more campgrounds.

Great location, great price!
Nice place along highway 1. We were tent camping and the location exceeded expectations. A good number of camp sites to choose from. Some are more flat than others.
The camp sites are scattered around the fields and there are mowed paths to drive. Currently those car paths are not graded. No problem for our Honda Fit. If you have anything with lift you'll be more than fine. The fields are non-gated and leaving/entering is accessible at all times.
Camp site is currently being built up. There was a porta-potty available to campers at the top of the hill. Nothing to complain about. FYI, at the time of this review running water.
The host Daniel is a nice guy and he drove behind us while we scouted for a spot. His little girl jumped into his truck to come along for the ride.
Very curious about where the establishment can go long term. One thing that would improve the campsite are established restrooms. No complaints; they would just make it better.
I would recommend to a friend and there is a good chance of our returning.

beautiful land on the coast
Beautiful piece of land on the Cambria coast. Not many amenities, but that is what we were seeking. Daniel is a great host - friendly, patient, and communicative. I would recommend this spot to anyone, but you do have to be self-sufficient. The camping spots are well spaced out so you get a sense of privacy. Kids had a blast biking up and down the hill. There is road noise from Route 1 but the views and proximity to the ocean are worth it!

Lots of land, lots of privacy, ocean views, and a quick walk or drive to the beach! Wish we were still there.
