Off The Grid Furnished Tent
AC was not on for the duration
I could be wrong about this, but I did not read anything in the notes and the amenities that the AC would be turned off after midnight. The gentleman named Brent told me that the power was supposed to be off by midnight, and he kept it on till 3:30 AM and then after my party, and I realized it was turned off and shortly later meeting up with Brent I had let him known that the AC was off to which his reply was, it was supposed to be off by midnight, but left it on until about 5:30 in the morning, not knowing, and being aware of the AC being turned off my group, and I were very disappointed in the fact that we were not aware that the AC was not for the whole duration of the time that we rented it out for. Brent had told me that it is expensive to keep the generators on to keep the AC running to which I replied. I thought that is what we are paying for to his reply was well, I will turn it back on for you guys, not knowing that he set a timer to have it shut off at a certain time and that time ended up being around 5:30 AM, and because the weather was so hot out, my guests and I were not able to sleep for longer than three hours, because the tent had gotten so heated up and stuffy that it was unbearable to keep resting through and so we packed up our things and left before the checkout time because it was getting so hot that we couldn’t even stay in the tent any longer. It was cooler outside than it was inside the tent. We thought that this was Brent’s way of getting rid of gues

Private Hot Spring Oasis Cave Cabin
Unexpected amenities, lots of privacy, and a great spot for an intimate gathering of friends. Will be coming back. Heads up the bathroom is up a steep hill. Not a ton of room to pitch tents but we made it work. Hard ground, bring a mallet.

amazing site, private access directly to hot springs trail, outstanding service, very friendly owners, so many amenities in the Oasis campsite we were completely stoked. will definitely stay with these hosts again! also the directions were easy to follow and very clear. loved having our own private hot spring in our secluded campsite. a great place to hang out with buncha friends. thank you!

Bowens Ranch Hot Spring Retreat is an absolute gem! Nestled in the beautiful high desert mountains, this off-the-grid property is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in nature. The peaceful, serene setting is surrounded by thousands of acres of undeveloped BLM and US Forestry land, providing a stunning backdrop for a truly relaxing getaway.
Our hosts, Brent and Jess, were absolutely incredible! They made us feel welcome and ensured we had an unforgettable stay. The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool table tent with the jacuzzi, sauna, and stripper pole – we had so much fun! The variety of amenities made it easy to enjoy ourselves and unwind.
Whether you want to socialize with other guests or find a secluded spot for some privacy, Bowens Ranch has something for everyone. With 160 acres of space, there’s plenty of room for large groups to spread out or for individuals to find their own private campsite.
We can't wait to come back and experience this amazing retreat again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to disconnect and recharge in a beautiful natural setting!

Hot Springs Trailhead Camping
Awesome camping! Beautiful views. Great location to access to the hot springs. The last 3 miles is on unpaved dirt roads which was super fun to drive.
Most of the camping spots are fairly close to each other. We arrived late in the day, 5ish and the only spot left was not ideal: by the main road and the outhouse toilet. But at the last minute, a different spot opened so it was all good. It would be nice if the spots were numbered and assigned so you know what to expect. Still, I would highly recommend! Thanks Brent!
