Welcome to our gorgeous natural desert landscape with a quiet atmosphere and vast views. Guests are welcome to hike and explore our extensive land, which includes over 500 acres of primitive hiking trails, meditation gardens, and secret caves. This is an incredible place for stargazing and views of the milky way. The landscape is similar to the national park, though guests at Boulder Gardens will have a secluded place to set up camp, away from the crowds. Pioneertown, home to the famous venue Pappy and Harriets, as well as Red Dog Saloon is within a short drive. Joshua Tree National Park is within a 25 minute drive.

Fantastic spot. Amazing hosts. This is a completely unique camping experience in an unintentional community set up around love and freedom.

Best Hipcamp I’ve ever stayed at!!
Don’t even know where to begin… Something about this land, the people, the animals is so special. Shayna was the kindest host, met me at check in and guided me up to my site. After getting set up I wandered a bit and watched the sunset from the overlook. The sights and sounds were something to behold. Had coffee in the morning with another guest and the residents before heading out. Will 100% stay again when I’m back in the area.

Buddha Cave
Beautiful place beyond welcoming. The place is were you can allow your creativity flow. Loved being able to allow nature to be my jungle gym by being able to climb the endless boulders and let out pent up energy from living in the city. Let alone the stars them selfs were well worth it. ❤️ 1000 % recommend. Will definitely become one of my favorite stops.

Primitive Site
Immersive nature experience
This was the most amazing camping experience of my life. My site was far away from other campers and made me feel like I had the whole place to myself. Great place for meditation, introspection, and healing. As I was hiking around, I ran into one of the community members, and he kindly showed me around a few of his favorite caves. I even took a nap in one of the lesser used caves. So cool!!!! This would be an awesome place to host a healing retreat, a wedding, or a song/drumming circle. The possibilities are endless. I feel like the land, people, and dogs here were constantly embracing me in a warm hug. I'm feeling so full and grateful for my time at Boulder Gardens. I’ll definitely be back with more friends, and I couldn’t recommend this place more.
