This is a sweet family property right in the heart of Bayside, in between Eureka and Arcata, with beautiful views of the Jacoby Creek valley. This is a great location to access everything in the Humboldt bay area as it is only 5 minutes to highway 101, and is quick drive/bike-able distance to downtown Arcata. The bus is down a private driveway separate from the main property, ensuring privacy and quiet.Come enjoy the beauty of the Humboldt Bay in our sweet converted bus. Situated down a private driveway with spectacular meadow views with the mountains to the east and the bay to the west, you'll find our fully converted school bus equipped with full kitchen, indoor shower, bed and living area. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, 2 burner induction cooktop, and cooking/eating utensils. Solar provides all the energy you need to run appliances and charge up devices. Hot water runs in the sink and shower, and a propane heater near the bed keeps things toasty. Our bus home is a short drive or bike ride to anywhere you want to go, while enjoying the peace and quiet of beautiful Bayside.
