We are a real estate investment company and own 40 acres in California. Our primary goal is to lease the land to a farmer for agricultural purposes. Maybe someday we find oil, or a hotel chain wants to build a resort in it.40 acres for lease in Termo. Terrain is very flat to rolling in nature. Vegetation in the region consists of mostly cedar and juniper, native grasses, sagebrush, and seasonal wildflowers. No structures on the lot. This 40 acres is accessed via a small recorded dirt easement off of Highway 139. Views from this property are of the surrounding mountains and Madeline Valley. There are numerous farms in this region. There is a fence along the northern boundary of this property.
