Home to the Dunn Folkin' Around? Music & Arts Festival, our property is a 17 acre oasis, surrounded by various species of trees and wildflowers. Enjoy the calming sound of running water with our very own creek running through it. With Dunn Lake just down the road, Mount Baldy right out of the driveway, and access to the North Thompson River not far, it's our own piece of paradise. We have various tent campgrounds developed, and multiple glamping options available, we're sure to have something for everyone. Come out and enjoy the peacefulness that made us fall in love with the area. No words, or pictures will do it justice! We are located ~30 minutes from both Clearwater and Barriere, or a 15 minute drive to Little Fart. So, we are right in the heart of the Boonies. On your way out to the property, you'll likely question yourself if you're lost, but you will (eventually) make it! Dunn Lake Rd is what it is, and can be in various conditions throughout the year. If you want the feeling of isolation, and privacy, while being completely surrounded by nature, then this is place for you.

Hammock City
We didn’t end up staying.
This place was way off the road (this was meant to be a pit stop between Vancouver and Jasper) and I didn’t realize you had to travel for about 45 minutes off the main road, parts of it gravel to get there. When we arrived the hosts were very friendly but the spots they showed us were small and muddy. The property is unkept snd there were horseflies buzzing us everytime we got out of the vehicle. We didn’t end up staying so kept on driving and ended up staying somewhere else in Clearwater. This was my first hip camp experience so I don’t have anything yo compare it to, so maybe this is the norm? I do want to reiterate that Dakota who showed us around was really nice.

Hammock City
We loved camping on Matt's land. On arrival we were welcomed by the hosts and given all the necessary information to get settled in. When booking the place, we did not appreciate there us a common lodge with amenities for cooking. This was a great surprise, and a wonderful space to meet other people staying on the site. A fun space to stay for a while or on your way around the region.

The Garlic Patch Campground
Matt was an awesome host! I made a mistake booking a walk in site but actually needed a drive in site. He was very flexible and accommodated us last minute. The area is very quiet and peaceful. He also chopped up some wood for us to have a fire. It was a great stay and we would come back again.

Creekside Wall Tent
Incredible spot! So nice to sleep in a nice bed and clean sheets after lots of tent camping. Great communication, very friendly!

This was a great place to stay! Matt was a super nice host and very accommodating. If you’re looking for a great sleep in a unique setting you will love listening to the creek as you fall asleep in the cozy tent.

Lovely Spot
We got there very late so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the surrounding area. The host, Matt, gave us very clear instructions and the creek nearby was the perfect white noise. There were twinkle lights arrive hammock city and the pit toilets were really well maintained.
