Site 2 - Valley of Peace Campground
New favorite spot for a little camping getaway! So peaceful and beautiful and we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves! So many butterflies and we could see the river from our tent! The water is beautiful and has a couple of different little swimming spots! Walter was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed! Wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back!

Camping with a best friend!
Fantastic camping spot! No crowds or drunken idiots to be found! Beautiful spring fed river. Caught some small fish with a fly rod, cooked over a fire every night, was greeted with a table and a friendly face. WILL BE RETURNING AGAIN!!!

Heavenly camping here!!
This property was certainly named accordingly!!! Hands down one of the most beautiful places I've ever camped! The sounds of the water and breathtaking surroundings were amazing! Walter was very attentive and helpful. I believe it takes a level of generosity to share one's personal property with strangers! Highly recommend this place! Wish I could have stayed longer. If life allows, I will be back! Thanks so much, Walter!

We enjoyed tent camping at Valley of Peace. Host Walter was very accommodating. Outhouses we’re well maintained. Nearby stream was great.
