Friendly host makes the stay very enjoyable. Many animals around like horses, cows, sheep, goats and dogs. There are a few ponds for fishing on the property. This was a very stress free stay in a ranch atmosphere. I would bring the kids again. Buffalo river park is very close and Branson, MO was about an hour away.
