Located by the southwest corner of Tucson mountain park, this spot is at the back of a small neighborhood (at the end of a dead-end road). The back of the property, where the camping is, opens up to miles of desert / mountains and a great spot to have a gathering (Music and parties OK) or as a quiet spot to relax and listen to the coyotes. Hiking trails start just 20 feet away from the tent! 10 minute drive to Saguaro national Park and the Desert Museum, 30 minutes to downtown. 2 sites: • RV Site with queen bed, kitchen, shower • 10’ x 10’ canvas tent with comfy queen bed. Plenty of space for additional tents / vans / RV BBQ grill / table / chairs / fire pit

Canvas Tent site
This is my second time staying at Jason's property. He is extremely communicative, accommodating, and kind. We stayed at the canvas tent site and enjoyed our time on the property. The site is private enough, but not secluded. About 20 feet or so from the tent is a trail that will take you out into the mountain park. Be careful though. There appears to be an ATV trail closest to the site. We wandered down it, but the trail is very close to some other properties where seemingly aggressive dogs live. One dog had gotten loose and approached us and our dogs on the trail. We did not stay the night in the tent, but that is no fault of Jason's. Our dogs were uncomfortable with the coyotes howling (one dog is only a year old and first time camping) and we severely underestimated how chilly it would be after the sun went down in November. We stayed out there until close to midnight, sitting by the fire and watching the stars. I hadn't seen that much detail in the night sky for years! Well worth the money for my experience and will definitely be back again!

Canvas Tent site
Host does a great job making sure everything is set up and ready. The canvas tent is spacious, with a full size bed that is really comfortable. having access to water and an outhouse makes the site a great place to go relax.

Camping but not wilderness
I understand why some reviews might not be kind - I think they expected to be in acres of solitude, and that's not what this is. This is more like the typical noise like if you stay in a campground setting - you'll have sounds from other people around you starting cars and having dogs bark and such. It wasn't a big deal to me to hear those staying in the RV, or the couple of roosters either. It's not the space if you want the feel of hanging out on your own private feeling patch of land, but it's a set up RV ready to use. All the necessary items were provided sand that was perfect for what I needed. Show up, be able to hike all day and not worry about packing out more than my clothes at the end of my trip to fly home.

Canvas Tent site
I came to Tucson for work but decided to arrive a bit early to explore, and I'm so glad I did! The glamping experience was amazing. Jason is super responsive and made everything easy. I loved that the tent faces East—waking up to the sunrise was breathtaking! Plus, there’s a great trail just a few steps away from the tent, which is perfect for morning hikes. If you’re into timelapses like I am, this spot is ideal for capturing those early morning views. I’ll definitely be back!

Singing Winds Lane - RV Trailer
The listing private and quiet. The RV sits in the back yard. Also not stocked very well. No sheets for couch, not enough toilet paper, no dish soap and I’ve didn’t work

Not so private
I would not classify this as private. You are approximately 30 feet from host home. It's definitely a quiet spot. Some things could have been better; propane wasn't turned on, no extra bedding, etc.
