Welcome to our desert oasis in Rincon Valley! Situated on 10 acres of pristine desert landscape, our property offers a remote and tranquil camping experience just 40 minutes from Tucson. As you navigate the dirt road to reach us, you'll encounter more cows than humans, immersing yourself in the peaceful solitude of the desert.
Our two campsites are nestled alongside a large wash, adorned with lush riparian vegetation and mature trees, providing the perfect setting for your hammock to sway gently in the breeze. Expect to encounter a variety of desert flora and fauna, from mesquite trees and wildflowers to various cacti and Yucca plants. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife sightings, including deer, javelina, and the occasional cow.
From our property, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of Hope Mountain and Rincon Peak (45 min away) adding to the scenic beauty of your camping experience. On and near the property are washes to explore and outdoor enthusiasts will also find plenty of activities a short drive away, including hiking trails such as Cienega Creek and Gabe Zimmerman Trailhead (10 mins away) as well as McKenzie Ranch Trail Park, offering miles of hiking and mountain biking trails as well as competition course (5 mins away) and just a 30 min drive from Saguaro National Park East.

*PLEASE NOTE: AWD/4WD is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as there are many steep hills coming in and out of the property as well as using the private driveway (see arrival instructions when booking), refunds will not be issued due to inability to access property.This site offers bonus views at the top of the hill behind the camp site (property line ends at the metal stake in the ground) as well as a shared wash to explore. Sitting on 5 acres located to the right of the wash after parking and marked with a picnic table and fire pit. There is no access to water or toilets so guests must bring their own as well as their own firewood if they wish to use the fire pit. Please keep fires small and contained and be mindful of any fire advisories.
Please note: Cell signal is inconsistent in the area and is limited near the camp site. Please enjoy the time to disconnect. Also access to the site and parking are subject to weather/flooding in monsoon season only, please check weather conditions prior to booking.
