Located in Coconino County, Arizona just 8 miles north of Ash Fork and 1 mile from 1 million acres of the Kaibab National Forest. Camp and hike, backpack on our private 32 acre wooded ranch. Hike the secluded creek, canyon and bluffs, and enjoy the ponds. Hundreds of secluded places to tent camp. Just hike in and find a special spot. Dark skies at night offer many stars to see. Located close to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Williams, Ash Fork and Seligman. Quiet secluded area for you and your family and friends. RV and Boondock camping. No amenities or services. Property is Not for hunting or ATVs. The nearby National Forests do permit hunting fishing and ATV's. Partridge Creek is a seasonal creek which may be dry or at times a raging river 6 feet deep and 100 feet wide in the creek canyon during peak summer monsoon season and snow melt. Flash floods leave behind three ponds and a babbling creek on the ranch including the northern portion of Garden Tank. Occasionally during heavy rain and snow seasons, travel in the area can be challenging due to mud and snow. 4WD encouraged during wet weather. Please send us a message for information on area conditions prior to travel if you have concerns.

Partridge Creek Wilderness Ranch
Very quiet, away from the city. Easy to access in the summer, no 4x4 needed. Nights are beautiful, cooler weather, and temperatures were around 90 during the day and dropped to around 65 degrees. Nice nature hikes on Alan's Land. Make sure to plan ahead and check if fires are allowed, if you need to cook or just want a campfire. I came during a dry time so no open flames. Propane stove might be a good idea. Thanks again Alan.

Great spot on lots of acreage!
We enjoyed 2 nights and 3 days at Alan’s property. It didn’t take long to setup our camp and we had the place to ourselves! Pets, generators and travel trailers are allowed. It was peaceful, relaxing and stars o plenty at night. Lots of mature Junipers for shade and a seasonal creek bed to explore for miles. Thank you Alan for letting us spend the weekend on your property!

Adventure, beauty and fun!
Absolutely beautiful! Beautiful creek and lots of shade from tall juniper trees. The landscape is varied and a joy to explore. Alan gave us great directions and information about the property. Our dogs were able to run free and we didn’t have to worry about running into anyone. It was fabulous.
