The RV Spot has two acres of open space. You can see the mountains to the east. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The Grand Canyon South Rim is 45 minutes away. The town of Williams is a ten minute drive away with shops and restaurants you can explore. Bearizona, Mountain Coasters and the Grand Canyon Railway are also conveniently close by.Back in to the RV Spot which is located on gravel and enjoy mountain views to the east. Sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the stargazing. A fire ring is there for use if there is no fire restrictions in place. The area has some cedar and pine trees with natural foliage. The 5 acre property is shared with a small Airbnb home.

Peaceful.
We loved the quiet, seeing the stars at night and listening to the coyotes sing. LeAnn was great and available if we needed anything. As per other reviews, you will need to wash your car/rv after your stay due to the red dust, but our car needed a wash anyway. Would recommend.

Beautiful, quiet and enjoyable
Loved camping on this beautiful, quiet site. Le Ann & Jesse were always available to help & answer questions. Located close to lots of fun things to do. Would definitely come again.

We loved it! This is a very nice Rv spot! Very well maintained and nice easy hook-ups. The owners are great and very welcoming 😎😎. Easy trip to town if needed and if not very beautiful and peaceful! Highly recommended giving it a shot.

Great Location
Overall it was just what we needed for our exploration from Williams, Grand Canyon and Page through Prescott, Jerome and Sedona. Hookups worked well. The unpaved road section was as described even though tough for my sports car.

Quiet, open spaces, tri hookup. Really nice and a nice drive to the spectacular views of the grand canyon. Luna (shihpoo) loves the open area.
