Land O'Patches
It was a pretty private spot, and the tent was good. There’s a little woodstove, which is nice and two cots which is better than sleeping on the ground. Just bring warm clothes for the winter nights.

Nice spot, Needs work
Jaclyn’s property has a lot of potential, and there are some things that need work. The listing said room for 4 RVs max 20 ft. We have a pickup camper, about that long with some height of approx 10 ft. The numerous trees have low hanging branches which prevented us from parking in most of the spots we could see. The entry gate needs to be wider. She has several dogs that appear to live outside all the time, fenced in. They bark, sometimes a lot. Sadly we did not get to meet Jaclyn, it would have been great to hear about her vision for her HipCamp project. All in all, the property isn’t quite ready to welcome more than a couple guests at a time. Patagonia needs more camping spots, for sure.
