1.41 acre private forest oasis 5 miles from downtown Williams and Historic Route 66. Enjoy your own space. The land is being cultivated as an organic herbal farm including a native grass/flower~compost. Thyme, peppermint, lavender, sage, rosemary, mullein, yarrow and sunflowers have been planted. The place is lush with pine and pinyon as well as six baby spruce trees in the corners and back. Sit and enjoy Bill Williams Mountain views beyond the lush greens while you sip your coffee. Elk have walked right through the front and back yard. The neighborhood has elders (75-95yo) and families. Not a place for parties. (Quiet 8pm-6am). ||NO FIRE|| The rooster wakes us early, and the lights go out at night to enjoy the galaxies of stars. Perfect for 55+ mature couple or a Travel Nurse RN in personal RV. 30 miles from Flagstaff and 55 miles from The Grand Canyon.Enjoy true Williams, Arizona living! A dreamy five mile drive from Downtown Route 66. The land is 1.41 acres and is a medicinal herb farm. The neighborhood is quiet with the occasional truck hauling water. Our real neighbors are the elk, jack rabbit, coyote and rumors of bobcat and bear not too far off. The nights are awe inspiring with a star-filled sky. Rent a canoe in town and enjoy Kaibab Lake. The site is 55 miles from the what the locals call, “The Canyon.” The town is picturesque and offers boutique shopping, restaurants and an authentic “Wild West” experience. Enjoy your own space.
