Our 20 acre historic homestead is nestled in the forests of northern Arizona on the edge of the Coconino and Kaibab national forests. We currently offer one camping site with a private fire pit (fires allowed when permitted by the County). We have a community bathroom house, outdoor water station for dish & hand washing, a disc golf course, cornhole boards, community fire pit, BBQ, 1/2 mile trail loop and a meditation path all onsite. Our property is the perfect spot for stargazing as we are far away from light pollution. We have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy all while immersed in the peace and quiet of nature. We also have hummingbird feeders near the community area so you can watch the majestic and beautiful birds. We live onsite as well but on the other side of the property. We look forward to hosting you! : )Camp spot #1 is situated in the Ponderosa Pines. It's a peaceful spot immersed in nature. 2 sides of our property are bordered by the National Forest. Guests will enjoy their own flat camping spot, private fire pit, picnic table, and high-top tables mounted in the trees (a perfect place to prep and make your meals). Guests will have access to a communal bathroom house (small green building) with a sink and toilet just a 2 minute walk away. There are no hookups at this site but potable water is available at dishwashing station. Guests will have access to a community BBQ, corn hole boards, a community fire pit, meditation path (called the Labyrinth of Love and Light) and a disc golf course. PLEASE BE ADVISED - WE ARE ENTERING FALL/WINTER AND OUR NIGHTTIME LOWS ARE DIPPING BELOW 30 DEGREES.

Ponderosa Pines Campsite
Campsite with perks!
A really lovely camping experience in the Ponderosa Pines. The site was beautiful but the special touches at the spot really made this camping trip great. The dish wash station was AWESOME and the cooking station was so convenient—we do a ton of campsite cooking so this was a real bonus. Also loved that we could pick our own firewood; we kept a fire going all evening just picking up pieces of pine steps away from the fire ring. We will definitely be back!

Ponderosa Pines Campsite
Beautiful Meadow shaded with a field of pines and honeysuckle where countless hummingbirds frequent. Super quiet shaded and comfortable. Hosts are amazing. I drove a class C RV to campsite 1 with no problem. Plenty of room. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We loved it! Very quiet, beautiful flat site with wonderful hosts who brought us a big light when we arrived after dark with our car/RTT and the smell of pine trees was heavenly plus a hammock!

What an enchanting forest gem
There are multiple reasons we will continue to return to this beautiful site again and again, not the least of which are the lovely hosts Rachel & Justin. This family will make you want to move immediately to an enchanted forest and raise your family happily among the varied flora and fauna of the woods. The site is spacious, well maintained, and nicely apportioned. There are several options to pass the time including disk golf, corn hole, a little stage for impromptu performances, and a well made fire pit to enjoy a mesmerizing fire late into the night. The pines are tall and dense with a clear forest floor. Perfect for ambling around or watching the 20+ species of birds we detected. In addition to the site, there is plenty to explore nearby include multiple hiking trails and of course best of all a hidden swimming hole with bullfrogs, tadpoles, and little schools of fish. Seriously, bring a kid there and watch the wonder of nature and exploration seize their imagination. Lastly, when we experienced an equipment failure that may have scuttled the trip, our hosts gracefully offered to share their own, which saved the day and made all the difference. Looking forward to returning as soon as time permits.

Ponderosa Pines Campsite
This is such a great spot to go camping. There are some nice amenities that a campsite should have like grills, campfires, disc golf, running water, and a very nice bathroom. There is plenty of privacy and land to go set up your tent, not like sharing space with other campsites. Would highly recommend this campsite if you want your own space but with the amenities this spot has.
