We are a family-owned RV park and tiny home village located 50 minutes from the east entrance to Grand Canyon National Park and only 20 minutes north of Flagstaff, Arizona. Our family -- Adam, Shelley, Zoe, Ava, and Cairo -- purchased the RV park in 2021. The property was a trading post for decades but had fallen into disrepair. We have been busy painting, cleaning and improving the grounds to become a comfortable oasis for your family. Our location on US Hwy 89 on the east side of the highway is only a few miles from the breathtaking aspens of Lockett Meadow, the ruins of Wupatki National Monument and the lava flows at Sunset Crater. The park is a short drive to downtown Flagstaff, and on the way to the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Moab and Durango. Stay the night or as long as you like! Drink in the hibiscus sunrises above the Painted Desert and relax into the long shadows of the San Francisco Peaks. Let us know if you want to borrow a telescope to explore the darkest night sky you have ever seen! We are excited to share our home with you!

Exactly as advertised. Adam greeted us just as we pulled in. He pointed out the amenities and made sure we were happy. Was able to take long unleashed walks with my dog as the National Forest was right next door.

The host is extremely nice and helpful. The RV site also has all the hookups such as water and electric supply. Dump is available as well. Everything was amazing. The night sky there is so beautiful to stargaze.

Great little site outside of Flagstaff! Very personable owners, clean, quiet and the power and water worked great. Very quiet and what a view of the stars.

The location was really convenient for an overnight stay as we travelled from southern AZ to UT. It’s a small rv park and maneuvering the fifth wheel in and out was a bit of a job. I never saw the owners so it felt a little impersonal. Another camper was waiting for us to leave so they could have our site. I’ve never experienced that before and it makes you realize how transient the business is. They arrived very early and with the HipCamp hands off approach the owners don’t seem to manage the check in process.

Truly an oasis

We really enjoyed our stay here. We needed a large campsite for our motor home plus trailer and Shelley & Adam made sure to recommend us one that would fit. Communication was great and always prompt. The site was level, everything was organized and the campground feels very quiet and relaxing. The hosts are very nice and other guests were also friendly and helpful. We liked the proximity to the Wupatki national monument and the Grand Canyon as well as Flagstaff. If we’re in the area again, we’ll be back and we will recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.
