Quiet and off grid. No light pollution and amazing mountain views and night sky.What an amazing sky We have here! The stars at night are outstanding. We are 25 miles from the grand canyon. Just 2 miles from the town of Valle ( Grand canyon Junction). We are 27 miles to historic Williams and 50 miles to Flagstaff. We are close to Snowbowl and the Nordic Center if you like to ski. We have 360 mountain views. Its quiet, no light pollution and the sky is amazing! We live here full time off grid. The weather is great but we are high desert so it gets cold at night and in the morning. It can also be a little windy.

Great spot of land close to the Grand Canyon! Rianna was welcoming and the dogs were a bonus.

Second time in here 👍🏻
Easy to find, quiet, perfect place to spend a (short) night before going to a day hike in the Grand Canyon ! The access road is even a bit better than last year 😉. I couldn’t enjoy the hospitality of Rianna but you know she is here if anything is needed.

We loved our stay at Rianna’s site! Rianna was very responsive and helpful! The site was very peaceful with no close neighbors. Sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous here! We also appreciated the close proximity to the Grand Canyon. The site is back a very bumpy road, so take it slow (and watch out for prairie dogs!) We traveled in a Honda Civic and had no problems, although one drive in the rain was a little challenging. Google maps got us to the correct location.
