Learn more about this land: The property is in the mountains above St John's it is a working farm on 60 Acres with 70 Acres uncultivated. You can pick between 7, 10 acre plots to camp on. Where you can get water from the spigot that is attached to the well. The well is located near the house on the property. There is a lot of wildlife running free - there are cows free range there are goats, chickens and a multitude of other wildlife to be explored close to Lyman lake for hiking and swimming and completely isolated for off-grid experience!
