This is a downtown adjacent property (front yard) atop cherry hill, just a walk away from bustling bars and shopping as well as plenty of restaurants. If you have a camper/trailer or RV that is about 25' or less (similar to the one pictured) and you need a 30 amp service then look no further! Kid Friendly! We have a playground with swings and three boys under 10 but don't worry, we will make sure that they leave you alone and you have full privacy. Just let us know if you need any house services or maybe an E-bike rental for your stay! Late night bookings welcome as well as last minute pull ins. This spot is has a 30amp service, water hookup, sewer hookup, and Wifi. Spot is fully enclosed with a white picket fence to keep in your dogs with extra street parking if necessary or in our carport. *We also offer the spot with the camper pictured for an extra fee if you do not have one of your own and if it is available. Davan was friendly and welcoming and provided everything we needed for our quick stay: full hook-up for the RV. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe; we even took a walk around in the evening to explore some of Flagstaff. Cannot recommend enough!

Perfect location if you want to check out Flagstaff! A walk down the hill to everything downtown Flagstaff. You are staying in their front yard, so it is not a nature experience. LOL. Their kids and their pups are a joy to be around. Great hosts a great place to stay to experience downtown Flag.

Great Flagstaff Location!

This Hipcamp spot is located in a beautiful, cozy, quiet, safe neighborhood. Davan and his family were very welcoming, friendly, and communicative. They had everything already set up for us before we arrived. The spot was perfect for our 20-foot 1685 Lance trailer with one slideout, was fully paved (only needed slight leveling), was easy to back into, and included full hook-ups. Our cell phone's Verizon coverage worked very well there. We never needed to take the truck into town as this location offers an accessible walk to all the restaurants and bars in old downtown Flagstaff, saving us from paying for parking in town. Beautiful dark sky star gazing. It is also centrally located to visit Snowbowl, Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument, Wupatki National Monument, and Lowell Observatory, all of which we visited while there on this trip. We plan to book again in the future. Thank you, Davan and family!

Great location, lovely neighborhood

The neighborhood was so lovely and quiet with a nice mountain feel and location to downtown was amazing. We walked downtown every night it was perfect. The yard was great so the dogs could chill out when we were just kicking back. Davan and his family were awesome. They really make your stay great. We stayed almost a week and can't wait to return
