100 acres hosted by Lara W.
Quaint and quiet, this off-grid space is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a peaceful getaway. Located 35 miles north of Fairbanks on the Elliott Hwy, it is a mix of cozy comforts, Alaskan outback, and small farmstead. Bring your skis, snowmachines, hiking boots, or dogs. Come experience the view, night sky, relaxing atmosphere, and nearby miles of trails or watch the goats feed in the pasture. All-wheel drive recommended October-May. Trails not always guaranteed in winter. There is no electricity available this far north, but there is a propane light installed and lanterns provided.
