Experience the tranquility of 3 acres featuring a cleared area, bluff trail, and breathtaking views of water and volcanoes, just 4.5 miles outside of Seldovia. The owner offers an additional property in town, equipped with an outdoor propane shower. While the house is available for separate rental, please note that the shower is independent of the house and exclusively reserved for bluff renters. An outhouse is available at the bluff for your convenience. Two motorhomes are on-site but remain unused.2WD is fine in summer and fall. Park your rig and set up camp. Or wander into the woods to the left of the driveway for some lovely private tent spaces. Hike along the bluff trail west till you find the creek and a way down to the beach. Its a challenge but worth it. Head to town to celebrate at the Linwood, Best clam chowder in the world. Say hi to Chaz.
