Beautiful flat lot on the Tombigbee and Black Warrior River convenient to the town of Demopolis, Walmart and restaurants. See wildlife, deer, hog, birds and fish. Water and electric are located on site. A pier out back is great for sunsets and at certain times of the year fishing. Bring bug spray the mosquitos live here also.
