This land has previously been a tobacco farm, a hay farm, and is now home to a few beef cattle. We have blazed trails through the woods for hiking, created campsites with fire rings, farmed hay, and grown various vegetables for self-consumption. We love the proximity of the farm to town, yet the seclusion we feel when we are out there.

Great location. Remote and peaceful yet close to attractions and activities in and around Lexington. Host was great to work with giving us accurate information about the venue and very specific directions to get there. We were in an rv but checked out one of the tent sites. It was fantastic. Made me wish I was tent camping (well maybe not but it was great!)

Beautiful property near Lexington! It felt very secluded but only took a few minutes to get into town. Jennifer showed us around and even gave us a map of the trails on the property. Everything was as described. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

House is occupied. Not as described

I was quite dissapointed with this place as it did not match the discription. I feel like it was dishonest. The description said "The house is being renovated and no one currently lives there". This was most certainly not the case. The family was staying there. No privacy. We were stuck in between the house and another camper. There was no fire ring for this spot either which also was mentioned in the discription. The key for the water was rusty. The grass around the spot was overgrown. The spacing on their map make it look like the spots are further spaced out than they actually are. The host did communicate well and was nice. That being said she really should update her listing. It was akward pulling in and seeing the house occupied and a large camper just feet away from the spot I reserved. I stayed somewhere else on the way back and enjoyed that much more.

Great secluded property, yet close enough to town. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore their trails. Host is very friendly and helpful!
