Morgan was a great host and the place was just what we were looking for. It was a nice jungle retreat full of amazing beauty and semi off the grid living to focus on the family.

we loved this cabin so much, it’s a perfect spot for getting a locals feel. Morgan was super cool to meet and was helpful our entire trip:) for sure would come back again!

This place is the best! Morgan and Emily were amazingly kind, helpful, generous hosts and the land and cabin are a dream. This is the perfect place to enjoy the big island and experience the beauty and abundance of the land. I hope I get to come back someday!

THE COOLEST PLACE EVER!
I seriously have nothing but great things to say about The Spicy Pineapple and Morgan (the host).
For starters, the host Morgan is so kind and just an enjoyable person to chit chat with. If I lived on the Big Island, I definitely would try to friend her! Lol.
The little cabin was roomy, CLEAN, adorable, and just overall super comfortable. It was such a neat experience. That shower outside was probably my favorite part.
If we make our way back to the big island, I will definitely rebook here for sure!
The only thing that was kinda unfortunate for us is that we rented a little Nissan Versa so we had to park at the bottom of the drive way and we think it would’ve just been super cool to have had a 4x4 to drive up the drive way but when I say parking at the bottom was hardly even an inconvenience. Its not a far walk at all. We just think it would’ve been fun having a 4x4 on their driveway.
I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends!

Morgan and Emily were great hosts! Morgan was quick to respond, kind, and available when needed. We had a great time with the chickens and helping out on fruit picking day! Their cabin is so peaceful and tucked nicely away. We would definitely come again and highly recommend 👌

Everything about The Spicy Pineapple Palace was absolutely perfect! It was such a dreamy ending to our trip. We spent our final three nights there. It’s close to lots of beautiful and less populated beaches, there are frogs that put you to sleep at night, Morgan is super awesome, and it’s a chance to have a more remote feeling trip while still having a comfortable bed and shower! I will stay here every time I head back to Hawaii!
