I have been an equestrian for 40+ years and horses are my passion. Recently purchased this beautiful , peaceful property in 2017 and have had to think outside the box to continue to care for my wonderful animals as when I moved from urban environment to rural , my income has been challenging to teach enough horseback lessons to survive and discovered Hipcamp! Camping with horses.
We loved Anna's farm. The location near the fields was great for our boys. They loved the horses and dogs. The soft grass was great for me to put my small camper. It was remote enough to feel like you were really camping but you didn't feel too remote and were close (6-8 miles) from stores and grocery. I would definitely recommend this farm to others.

What an awesome stay. In our party, there were 4 adults and 4 children. The two older kids (aged 4) had a blast in the creek and feeding the horses. The two younger babies (aged 1) were just walking and rolling around in the open grass. All the kids got dirt all over but it a very wholesome way. So make sure to bring plenty of changes of clothes for the little ones! Anna was so welcoming and relaxed. Nearby, less than 30 minutes away is Helen and so that can be a good outing as well.

Very welcoming, safe, and clean site. Anna (host) was very friendly and offered an easily accessible site next to the large horse field. We woke up to a quiet, peaceful morning next to grazing horses.

Great campsite!!
My 2 daughters and I had a fantastic time at Anna’s farm! We rented an RV and had it delivered so all we had to do was show up with clothes and food! Anna was so hospitable, welcoming, and sweet! The horses were amazing and Anna’s horse experience is great for kids. Our campsite was a great, private spot with 2 tables and a fire pit. We will be back!!! Thank you, Anna!

An absolutely incredible experience with Anna! She was very accommodating and even gave us a tour of the horses that she takes care of. A really great place to get away and see some stars in Georgia!
