There are no surrounding neighbors- just rivers, springs, woods, trails, dirt roads and fun! Bring your family, friends, and your toys and getaway from your busy daily routine.
The property is 100Ft off of the Suwannee River. The mouth of the Alapaha River where it meets the Suwannee River is 500 Ft away. Gibson Park is 3 miles away, if you need to put larger boats into the river. The Withlacoochee River boat ramp is only a 10 minute drive away.
This property offers many options when it comes to recreation and hobbies. There are three rivers all within 15 minutes, 6 natural springs, fishing, kayaking, boating, and swimming!
Tent sites, campervans, and small self sufficient RV’s are welcome! Each site has plenty of space.
The Florida trail head is just around the corner for hiking, biking, and observing nature. 4 state parks, 3 preserves, hunting and horseback riding are all available too.
There are plenty of trails for ATVs, Jeeps, and Side-by-sides. It is recreational land! We are all about camping, bonfires, riding, fun- but we do require a liability waiver to be signed prior to your stay if you are bringing your toys. The graveyard and Ironhorse mud parks are within 20 minutes. You can leave right from the property and ride for miles.
There is something for everyone! Sit back and take a break, sit by the bonfire and make memories! Getaway and come enjoy all of what nature has to offer. You won’t be bored or disappointed. The only rules are take out what you bring in and don’t trash it or be disrespectful. Just come camping and have good time!Bring what you need and take what you bring!!
