Located in central Florida 1 mile north of The Villages. Our little gem is a non-working farm situated on 2.4 acres with a 6-stall center isle horse stable, chicken paddock w/chickens and an Air BnB guest house. Close to nightly entertainment and shopping yet a world away. Sit back and watch the night sky. Being centrally located we are within 30 minutes of local attractions and 1 hour to Disney and Orlando Airport. Nightly entertainment, restaurants, shopping, golf, and antiquing just to name a few. Spanish Springs Town Square 5 miles Lake Sumter Landing 8 miles Brownwood Paddock Square 14 miles Grand Oaks Resort Equestrian themed retreat 8.5 miles Florida Horse Park 14 miles Hiking and biking are your thing. Santos Rec Area State Park is the place to go. Rentals are available at the park. Paved and unpaved trails along with the best mountain bike trails in Florida. Silver Springs State Park is only 20 miles away and canoe and kayak rentals are available or take the glass bottom boat tour. Please Note: The entrance is located on SE 91st Court. This is a drive thru property so no turn around. Some GPS will bring you to the rear exit. You cannot enter thru that gate especially if you're a travel trailer.We are located just 1/2 mile north of The Villages. Please no check-in after 7 pm. A 30-amp hookup is available. Park alongside the Pavillion with a BBQ grill and picnic table. The barn has a hot/cold outdoor shower, and guest laundry is provided. Stroll by the chicken Paddock to see our small breed of Bantam chickens and our 2 Nigerian dwarf goats. On occasion, we'll board a horse. Being centrally located is ideal for most of the attractions nearby. Kayaking at the springs, biking at Santos Trailhead, nightly entertainment at The Villages squares, plenty of nearby shopping, including Publix supermarket.

EXCELLENT PLACE !!

We were greeted by the hosts & they were EXCELLENT! The space is amazing. It includes a beautiful view of the barn, chickens, roosters and goats. The space is beautifully kept, very clean, and quiet. The space includes a covered area that has multiple seating areas, a hammock and use of a grill, showers and a laundry. It also has an Airbnb on site which the hosts walked us through which was gorgeous. So, if you had friends without a camper that would be a good option too. The access to and from the property is very private and very convenient We were in the area when Hurricane Helene was making her way up the coast & the hosts was EXTREMELY helpful, responsive and accommodating. If I am ever in the area again I will certainly stay here!! I give it a 10 star review! HIGHLY recommend!

Peace and quiet

I love this place! Louise and Michele are wonderful hosts! Someone else posted it’s magical, it really is. You won’t be disappointed! You are tucked away in the back of the property with a beautiful pavilion with a grill, picnic tables and chairs. You also can come and go with your own gated entrance! You are close to everything. The best are the farm animal. I loved it so much booked another week!

I came to Misty Morning Acres for my trial run with a new camper and to organize it. This site is absolutely beautiful! Louise drove me through the barn to bring me to my private covered pavilion with picnic table, grill, hammock, and plenty of seating. The chickens, goats and Luna the cat were an added bonus. There is an outside shower which is delightful! Louise and Michele are wonderful they make you feel like family! I liked it so much I booked another week!

Good camping

Louise was great very helpful. The goats and chickens so wonderful. I was able to getaway and relax. Silver Springs about 25 minutes from there; it was really great.

Great campsite

Camping here was wonderful. Hosts were friendly. The site was perfect. Loved the pavilion. Most of all loved the baby goats. Easy drive to Silver Springs. Will stay again.

Very nice peaceful corner tucked next door to the Villages. We enjoyed our night camping here while visiting family in the area. There is a good sized paved pavillion with a picnic table next to the site.
