Beautiful, semi secluded, rolling pasture... adjacent to a lovely pond that is often visited by great blue heron, a variety of waterfowl, beaver and other small creatures. The pasture itself is often a space where deer bed down for the night and we often hear the distant songs of the areas coyote.
The pastor has the feel of semi seclusion in that it is off a long gravel driveway and the slope of the Hill gives it a somewhat sense of privacy from the main house while still being within 15 minutes Drive of I-5.
The land is approximately an hour and 20 minutes from Portland Oregon in 45 minutes from Olympia washington, the capital of Washington state! Super convenient and centrally located! There is hiking at a state park only 10 minutes or so away which has lovely trails to hike year-round! We are 49 miles away from Mount Rainier and 35 mi from Mount Saint helens!
This property is wonderful if you are wanting the best of both worlds and commuting between Oregon and Western washington! Also a straight shot to Eastern Washington and everything that it has to offer! A great spot year round! We have one vast, sloped, pasture that would comfortably fit several tents or a couple of car Campers or a small rv. We do not have hookups but it would be a great place to pull over and relax if you were headed from Oregon across Washington state! We are a federal non-profit bully breed rescue and all funds go directly to the care of our Sanctuary dogs that will live out the rest of their lives here! If you arrive at a convenient time and are up for meeting a couple of the dogs we would be happy to let the dogs romp around and say hi!
