Welcome to The Riverside on The New River in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A place where you can enjoy a beautiful comfortable camper where the doors open right onto a gorgeous deck that looks directly onto the New River. The New River is considered one of the oldest rivers in the world. This is a place where you can watch birds (bald eagles have been seen), swim, fish, kayak, canoe and go boating. You can make a campfire footsteps to the river, or kick back on one of our chair loungers and watch the geese take a swim. Feel free to sing songs as you roast your marshmallows as you may hear a neighbor doing the same. It is a recreational lot so there are others around you as these are privately owned lots (If you are looking for seclusion, this is not the place for you). The next morning wake up with your morning coffee as you swing on our beautiful fully covered 25x35’ deck with the beautiful view of The New River. We are a 5 minute drive from the New River Trail State Park, where you can hike, bike or walk along the river!
We provide you with linen, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, pots/pans, condiments, and coffee. We have a griddle, a BBQ grill and an over the campfire griller.
