The Retreat at Paddy's Run is nestled on 175 mostly wooded acres in the Cedar Creek Valley of northwestern Virginia, just 90 minutes from the DC area. Paddy Run has a main lodge with kitchen and dining facilities, pool, picnic shelter, barbeque pit, two all-weather sleeping quarters, several summer cabins, and ample space for tent camping.  The retreat is located in a hub of outdoor adventure- a short drive to Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive, the Shenandoah River, Luray and Endless Caverns, George Washington National Forest and Tuscarora Trail. What campers love most about our property is the abundant space and privacy. The sunsets and star gazing are spectacular. We are also ideal for families with young kids- we have just enough 'creature comforts' that make first-time or new campers feel at home, while conveniences like toilets, showers and access to running water makes life easy on everyone. Located mid-way between Strasburg, VA and Wardensville, WV, we are a close drive to so much outdoor adventure- the Tuscarora Trail, Shenandoah River, Skyline Drive and George Washington National Forest. In addition to three prime campsites, Paddy Run has a main lodge with kitchen and dining facilities, pool, picnic shelter, and barbeque pit.

Unforgettable camping experience
I am incredibly happy and already missing our trip in this place Paddy’s camp, it was one of the best camping spot that we been too, and could not asked for anything else from the lodge that has everything in it, hot water, swimming pool area it was just a fun night, to the owner that was very friendly and helpful and let us stay even they’re away thank you so much for trusting us. We got the whole camp all to ourselves during our camping trip and it was the best night ever. From the initial inquiries to the final day of our trip they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our trip was stress free and unforgettable one. To the Owner Ms. Amy thank you for taking time to make sure we are still entertained even you’re away. I am very grateful and I wholeheartedly recommend this Camp site Paddy’s camp, to anyone seeking a truly remarkable experience.

Pool Side
This is one of the best camps we ever had. Kids love the pool above all! My husband loves the free firewoods. The owner and Diane were very nice and gracious for allowing us early check in and late check out. Planning our next trip with friends already!

Wonderful place. About as peaceful and secluded without a long hike as you are going to find. Will definitely be coming back.

Another great stay at Camp Paddy Ru
My friends and I have been coming here for years now. We always have the best time with our secluded campsite with plenty of room for the dogs to run around. Amy and the other hosts are super kind and accommodating. The bathrooms and cabin are always stocked and spotless. I cannot recommend this place enough!
