We welcome you to our view of the great outdoors. We are 30 minutes from the entrance of the well known Skyline Drive, part of the Shenandoah National Park. We are surrounded by multiple hikes, restaurants, breweries and wineries less than a 30 minute trip! Onsite we have numerous amenities open to all camping guests which include, fish stocked pond, large swimming pool, basketball court, and soccer field. We welcome you to stay with us and enjoy our 40 acre view!   This camp was previously operated as a summer camp for large groups, but will now be open to groups of all sizes including campers throughout the year! This is new for the camp and the new owner, but we’re excited about hosting everyone going forward! Welcome!

Bunkhouse at Shenandoah Meadows
My family and I loved the bunkhouse! We stayed in late Fall and it was too cold for us Aussies to tent camp so the bunkhouse was great. They had pre-warmed it for us with the heaters which was nice. We loved the incredible location, quiet, privacy, views, walks, hot showers, cuddles with the black cat and shooting hoops on the basketball court.

Bunkhouse at Shenandoah Meadows
Birthday camping fun for all!
The bunkhouse was great. The location beautiful and quiet. The firepit area with grill, picnic table and hammock was inviting and relaxing. The place was clean. My teenage daughter and a few friends ended up only using one side of the bunkhouse for her camping birthday party. The bath house was attached by wooden walkway from the back of the bunkhouse which was convenient, well lit and less scary for the girls at night. The heaters helped as we were there in early November and it was a little cooler that weekend. The cat was a fun and welcome addition, in which she cuddled with us and gave us some entertainment. We highly recommend the entire place. We stayed in one of the Tiny Cabins while kids were in bunkhouse. The girls fished in the pondwith success. Would love to visit again in the warmer season to use all amenities.

Site 5 - Retreat at Shenandoah Meadows
Great spot - tricky to find in dark
This was a great spot for a group of 6 of us. Definitely more open than we would have preferred, but was able to accommodate our cars. We came around 5pm on our first night and it was tricky to find the site and also the bathhouse in the dark. There is no service at the campsite (which was ideal for us), but just an FYI for those not prepared. WiFi is available at the top of the hill near bathhouse 2 and was easy to connect. It was a beautiful spot and we will definitely be recommending this to others and look forward to returning soon.

Site 6 - Retreat at Shenandoah Meadows
Loved it.
I loved the campsite #6. The view is great and well-maintained. I definitely will be back with kids & family when it is warm. The basketball court, volleyball court, and football field were great.

Site 1 - Retreat at Shenandoah Meadows
Loved it
Loved our camping trip! Site 1 was isolated and plenty big to set up for a group of 4 tents. Very nice fire ring with the grill above it for cooking. Picnic table and plenty of stump seats - so did not need to bring camp chairs to save on space. Showers were clean and water was hot. The only complaint was that showers are communal and no easy way to lock doors while taking showers - as a woman that was a little concerning. Very responsive hosts! Thank you for quick answers.
