Beautiful Campsites and RV sites located on property! Quiet and serene. 12 minutes from downtown Montpelier, Vermont. 35 minutes from Burlington, Vermont. No running water or electricity at sites. Port-o-potti on site. (2) RV sites limited to 35ft long trailers. (2) Camp Sites. One is a platform area. The other is a flat area on ground. Fire wood can be collected on site. Or bundle wood can be purchased for $10.Welcome to the Sanctuary Studio! An off-grid getaway in the beautiful mountains of central Vermont! Come enjoy the sounds of nature and rest in our tiny home! Enjoy the changing leaves of Vermont and the beautiful starry night sky! The space is for 1-2 guests only. We do not usually take pets, even though we love them (as future guests may be allergic). We have a comfortable queen size mattress, two small dressers, and plenty of room for storage underneath the bed. We also provide dishes and utensils in the kitchenette. This is a glamping site. It is powered by small solar lights that light up the entire place. Cooking is on a propane camp stove. Food storage is a Yeti cooler. And we have enclosed shower and bathroom area connected to the studio for complete privacy. Cooking: Please make sure propane stove is completely off after each use. We do have a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. But we ask for guests to be responsible. Food storage: There is a Yeti cooler provided. It needs 2 small bags of ice that will keep it cool for a week. Please dump out any water and clean out cooler after use. Water: A 5 gallon water jug of pure Vermont water will be provided for drinking and cleaning. There is also an automatic water dispenser as well. Solar: There is a solar light used for the entire space. Please place the unit in the sun, where it can be found, to charge for the day. We also recommend a flashlight or headlamp for outside use. Shower: The shower is an enclosed space with a camping water heater. There is a power button and a button for the water pump. Please turn off both after use. It is recommended to turn off the water pump on the wall while using soap, and to keep showers short as to not run out of water. Toilet: There is a port-o-potti that we ask to use as much as possible. It is cleaned weekly. In case of emergencies, there is a compost toilet for late night emergencies. There are wood shavings provided to cover after each use. Please dispose of all your trash on the way out. Again, this is a glamping site. Please take out what you bring in. Thank you!
