The property borders the North Branch Winooski with close access to maintained hiking trails a short 3 minute drive away. Boats also welcome in nearby at both Elmore Lake and the Wrightsville Reservoir, both destinations less than 19 minutes away! Try your hand at gold panning in the bordering brook, or swimming in the waterfalls beneath the VAST trail bridge! If those activities aren't your speed, sit back and enjoy the glimmering fall foliage of the area. To all sides mountains greet you at sunrise and sunset with stunning visibility of the stars at night and the night lights of the newly planted orchard on the property.

đ See đ Foxes, groundhogs, beavers, deer, and wild turkey -- with a bonus of our grass fed chickens and baby calves potentially making an appearance in the neighboring field.
đ Do đ Enjoy fall foliage as it gradually starts and gaze at the waterfalls on the property that you are also welcome to swim, gold-pan, and hike in and around. Make a campfire by whatever campsite you choose and feel free to stop by the house to buy some firewood if you don't have your own! The sites on the property aren't specifically marked and are first come first serve -- so feel free to explore and find your own special corner to make your outdoor home for your stay.
đ Expect đ A serene experience on a fledgling homestead with beautiful sites and gorgeous haunting foggy mornings. You'll hear the sounds of the farmland as Remy, the farm mascot and rooster protecting his flock praises the morning, the birth songs of the chickens when they lay their eggs late morning and afternoon, and the soft moos of the baby calves demanding their bottles. (With the occasional hilarious gobble of a startled turkey running by.)
