We are right outside of Tyler and down the road from easy access to I-20. Only 20 minutes from Tyler State Park! We have marked walking trails with a map. Had a great time camping here. Campground was well taken care of and the host did an excellent job of making sure that we had a good time

Sterling Pond
The perfect break from the city
My husband and dogs loved tent camping at Sterling Pond! The view was serene and everything we could have asked for during a quick weekend away. There are other sites on the property but they are so far away that you feel as though you are all alone. Kelly was very quick to answer any questions and provided all necessary resources for us to have a successful stay. We definitely plan on coming back in the future!

The Perfect Camp Site
The area was well-maintained, with trimmed trees and bushes providing ample space for driving in and turning around. The setting was peaceful, with horses visiting the pond twice during our stay and water boatmen swimming beneath the dock. The farm felt boundless, and the three camping sites were secluded. This is our idea of an ideal camping spot.

Best spot we have been to so far. My daughter was thrilled when the horses came by during the night to drink from the pond. Lots of shade. Kelly was very nice and helpful. We will be back.
